Being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) can be an isolating experience, even for those of us who are extroverted. Living in a world that doesn't always understand our trait can feel hopeless at times.
I've heard countless times from clients that they wish they could connect regularly with other HSPs - so I decided to make that happen.
This is not your ordinary psychotherapy group.
I have a unique and powerful approach that I am excited to put into group format.
The sessions will be educational, experiential, and connection oriented.
SESSION TOPICS:
EDUCATIONAL
Each session will have an educational component. Homework, including brief readings, journal prompts and experiential activities, will be provided between sessions to deepen and enhance your experience.
EXPERIENTIAL
The format will not be limited to staring at a zoom screen. Experiential practices such as guided meditation and gentle movement will help you to integrate your full experience.
CONNECTIVE
Connection and community is key. There will be facilitated time to share experiences and connect with the other group members.
This group program is for adults who identify as an HSP woman.
Group size will be limited to 8 members
